01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkrbat platform at pkrbat.net (hereinafter referred to as "pkrbat," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using pkrbat. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of pkrbat, regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pkrbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrbat operates a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing pkrbat from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on pkrbat or have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.

pkrbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. The Platform is intended primarily for use by players in Pakistan and is operated in the English language to serve the Pakistani market. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of pkrbat complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where they may be located.

03 Account Registration

Each player may register one (1) account only on pkrbat. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual – whether identified by name, address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested as part of the verification process. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

pkrbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Platform's compliance team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. pkrbat will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrbat supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes vary by method and are displayed on the Platform's payments section.

All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a specific alternative currency is designated at the time of account creation. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or via a cryptocurrency, conversion to PKR is applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that were previously used to fund the account, subject to verification requirements.
• pkrbat reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing timelines begin from the point at which verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where pkrbat reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• pkrbat does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own charges. Players are responsible for any third-party transaction fees.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not belonging to the account holder, or using fraudulent payment instruments, will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrbat offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each individual offer.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to exploiting offers through multiple accounts, low-risk strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the use of automated betting tools – is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pkrbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkrbat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets are only accepted from verified, funded accounts. No credit or negative balance wagering is permitted.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an express cash-out function is available for the relevant market.
• pkrbat reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, fraudulent activity, or where the integrity of an event is compromised.
• For sports betting markets, where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable rules of the sport, bets may be settled as void or in accordance with specific market rules as published in the Platform's sports betting terms.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and vary by event, market type, and player tier. Limits are displayed within the relevant market interface.

pkrbat's decisions on bet settlement are final. Players who believe a settlement is in error must submit a dispute via the support channel within 7 days of the settlement date.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkrbat and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using or attempting to use exploits, software vulnerabilities, artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other competitive format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pkrbat staff, support agents, or other players.
• Registering or using an account while subject to a self-exclusion order on pkrbat.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pkrbat is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity or suspicious financial conduct.
• The player has registered multiple accounts.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, pkrbat reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and, where fraud is established, deposited funds pending investigation. Genuine deposited funds not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the verified payment method of the account holder following completion of any applicable investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pkrbat support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining PKR balance will be returned following standard verification.

09 Responsible Gaming

pkrbat is committed to responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform. These tools are accessible from within the account settings section and include:

• Deposit limits – daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your account.
• Session reminders – configurable time-based notifications to alert you to the duration of your gaming session.
• Reality checks – periodic on-screen messages displaying your net gaming result and time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion – available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion immediately blocks account access and suspends all marketing communications.

pkrbat operates a strict 18+ policy. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed pkrbat, please notify us immediately via support. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content.

If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, please utilise the self-exclusion tool in your pkrbat account settings and seek professional support. pkrbat complies with applicable international responsible gaming standards and continuously reviews its player protection measures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on pkrbat, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the pkrbat brand identity, is the exclusive property of pkrbat or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any pkrbat intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pkrbat content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pkrbat intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and/or trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime affecting access to the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, pkrbat's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy

pkrbat processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkrbat.net/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By using pkrbat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrbat implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and pkrbat servers is protected via SSL encryption.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkrbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number held on their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of pkrbat following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via support. The current version of these Terms is always available at pkrbat.net/terms-conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkrbat's operational jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of pkrbat complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other aspect of your pkrbat account, you should first contact the pkrbat support team. pkrbat will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Formal legal proceedings should be considered only after the Platform's internal dispute resolution process has been exhausted.
